Refund & Cancellation Policy

Why this policy looks different from a typical store

Manifest Startup is a service, not a physical product — there's nothing to physically return. This policy explains how refunds work for setup and access fees instead.

Manifest Startup ($799 one-time)

• If you request a refund before submitting your intake form, you're entitled to a full refund, since no work has begun.
• Once your intake form is submitted and Manifest has begun sourcing, matching, or preparing your Brand Foundation and Operations Blueprint, the setup fee becomes non-refundable, as it covers work already performed.
• If you believe there's been an error or Manifest hasn't delivered what was promised, contact us — we'll look at it on a case-by-case basis.

Manifest Growth (monthly)

You can cancel Manifest Growth at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; we don't provide partial-month refunds.

Manifest Done-For-You

Refund terms for Done-For-You engagements are set out in the specific agreement for that project, since scope and payment schedules vary by engagement.

Third-party and fulfillment costs

Product costs, per-order fulfillment fees, and shipping charges are billed as orders are placed and are separate from the Manifest Startup setup fee. Refunds for these are handled according to standard order-cancellation terms at the time the charge occurs.
