Terms of Service

Overview

These Terms govern your purchase and use of Manifest Startup and related services ("Manifest", "we", "us") through manifestaccess.com. By purchasing, you agree to these Terms.

What Manifest Startup includes

Manifest Startup is a one-time, $799 setup fee that connects you into Manifest's in-house sourcing and fulfillment operation, and provides a Brand Foundation document, an Operations Blueprint, a launch checklist, and access to Manifest's curated partner network.

• Product cost from sourcing or factory pricing
• Per-order pick-pack-ship fees once fulfillment begins
• Shipping carrier charges
• Paid advertising or any professional services you engage directly

The items above are billed separately, as they are incurred, and are not included in the $799 setup fee.

Optional services

Manifest Growth is an optional recurring service billed monthly, cancellable at any time effective at the end of the current billing period. Manifest Done-For-You is a custom-scoped service governed by a separate agreement with pricing confirmed before work begins.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through Shopify at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual property

Any Brand Foundation materials, documents, or deliverables created specifically for your business as part of your setup belong to you upon full payment. Manifest retains ownership of its own templates, systems, and general business processes used to create those deliverables.

No guarantee of business outcomes

Manifest provides infrastructure, access, guidance, and fulfillment services. We do not guarantee sales, revenue, or business success, which depend on factors outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manifest's liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid to Manifest in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
